I know that we all look forward to Christmas but with so many people, personalities, needs and expectations it can also be a bit of an emotional hotpot! And the pot doesn’t need much stirring for tempers to fray and emotions to explode.

So I thought I would take an honest look at how to deal with the difficulties around Christmas so that we can go into the Christmas period knowing that we are well prepared and can have a Christmas we can all enjoy!
