Alone vs Lonely – the Power of words
In this video I talk about 2 very different words – Alone vs Lonely and how they have 2 very different (power levels.
The language we use can either promote our spiritual evolution and personal development or it can hinder it, so the words we choose are important. Some words are powerful because they allude to a higher power, whilst others keep us trapped in an egoic way of thinking that keeps us powerless in our own lives.
The words Alone and Lonely demonstrate this well.
I AM are the 2 most powerful words we have in Language * and so what word we choose to use after these words are very important. I often say, that unless you’re doing shadow-work, under no other circumstances should you put a negative word after I AM. This is not toxic positivity (that phrase it’s such nonsense) but it’s about creating a framework or structure in your mind that is a powerful ally in who you want to be/ what you wish to experience. The words we choose act as a power structure – that structure can increase your feelings of powerlessness and keep you stuck there, or the structure can increase your feelings of personal power and liberate you. Like everything, it’s a choice.
(*note: I AM not i am)
What I cover in this video:
- How this subject came to my attention
- Why alone has been misrepresented to become synonomous with lonely when they’re not the same
- The power level of lonely and why it’s at the lower end of consciousness
- The power level of alone and why it’s at the higher end of consciousness
- When you use powerless words is it any wonder that you can’t make important changes in your life.
- By using powerful words you come closer to the truth of life and in doing so, you activate greater potentiality, that you don’t have access to at the lower end of the consciousness scale (that wants to blame others and circumstances for it’s feelings- victimhood).
