In this video, Sharon talks about dealing with uncertainty and how the pathway to a more peaceful and positive life is to come to a place of acceptance of “what is” – by removing judgement of any situation.

Our minds are prediction devices – but sometimes in times like this when our minds can’t find any previous experiences to base it’s predictions on, it feels uncertain… and the mind doesn’t like it. And we can feel stressed about our unknown futures – especially if we believe that our external circumstances determine our experience of life.
But, there is a way to be ok with uncertainty. You just need a tweak of perspective.
When you change your perspective, you change your experience. The external circumstances remain the same. But how you experience them changes.
Now, society in general – loves a good drama (because our minds love drama) and our minds tend to predict the worst outcomes (fears) because it’s trying to warn you of danger ahead so that you can be prepared. But most people don’t prepare – instead they avoid, deny, ruminate on a fear etc. But I suggest that you can prevent all of that in much more healthy way – with a tweak of mindset.

This is a big concept- but if you practice this – then how you deal with uncertainty and change will transform…. and instead of fearing the future, you can use it as a way to be curious about what wants to come forth in your life, what new awareness wants to be birthed, what inner emotion wants to be healed.

Sharon explain that how we deal with uncertainty depends on our perspective, not our external circumstances.
